Heroin Medications Negating Heroin Effects

Hi new to BL. My pet goldfish has been having some issues the last few times with getting the full effects from her gear. Either through smoking or snorting my goldfish finds that she ends up nodding reasonably hard quite quickly (within 5-10 min) for the dose size and is not noticing any euphoric or other enjoyable effects. My goldfish knows the gear is fine but wonders if there is anything she is taking that could cause this to happen. She usually just takes about 25mg diphenhydramine or dimenhydrinate for nausea and recently started taking a few tums for heartburn. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Thanks for the response my pet goldfish will give it a try as she is finding that with the antihistamines the nod is so strong compared to the euphoria.
 
Fent.
fent bags are like that.
You get absolutely wrecked but dont necessarily get the same euphoria
its obvious if you shoot
But i never sniffed any bags that i suspected were fenty so idk if its like that when you sniff it
itll look indistinguishable to regular heroin cause its got dope in it still, but thats exactly what happens if you get fent bags.
 
Oh interesting yeah Swim has been hearing about fent going around and she has tried it before in synthetic powder. While there could be fent in this product swim isnt getting any initial rush she expects from fent. Swim is starting the believe that the last batch is just pretty subpar as the high is so average at best and it induces such fatigue. Swim has lots of experience in years past with diaudid and oxycodone ( health reasons) and would find that even though they are relaxing it still is not difficult to stay awake while peaking on either opiode. Swim even use to take dilaudid at work legitimately due to her pancreatitis and was able to function normally. When swims uses this down it basically puts her out like a light beofre the high kicks in. It almost feels like a big bag of benadryl haha however it has the same down taste and swim notices her pupils do shrink which is confusing. Overall swim is thinking its product related however she has limited connections to better gear.
