Medication blocked MDMA. Tolerance?

Hi, I'm currently prescribed Geodon and about 2 weeks ago I took my normal dose of Geodon at 8:00pm. After an hour I didn't feel drowsy as usual so I decided to take some MDMA, about 30 minutes into my roll I felt the drowsiness from the Geodon, my roll left and I fell asleep. I am now wondering 2 weeks later if that last roll effected my tolerance at all since I didn't really roll last time?

Yes OP it is probablethe geodon interfered with your roll. I briefly looked it up on wiki and it seems to target similiar transmitters and receptors to MDMA so no surprises really. As already suggested I wouldnt recommend mixing the two.
 
Oh I forgot I also plugged that dose of MDMA and accidentally shit it out about 10-15 minutes later so I'm not so sure the MDMA really ever got into my system. So I am really only curious as to whether or not it effected my tolerance, because I have 250mg MDMA crystal and I'm going to a show tonight and I'd like to take it. Opinions?
