Medical Marijuana in the U.S.

Marijauna is most definitely the best medicine. I'm a professional wrestler on the Indy scene and I refuse to take the synthetic smack known as oxycodone that doctors love to prescribe to people for pain. Weed helps me work out through the pain, sleep good, and doesn't fuck up my diet like pills would.

That being said, I'm from Florida and it seems like there's nowhere near a big enough interest for madicinal Marijuana in this state. However, it's extremely easy to aquire it, illegal or not, and most of the stuff we get here on the regular is better than any of the shit I've seen imported in from Cali dispenseries and even some of the stuff I've had come in from Canada.

my state is billions in debt and they wont open the books for the biggest cash crop known to man

the people in power in my state are nothing but tards cause not only will it generate money it will free up the police and the courts for petty poession crimes
 
I just wanna be able to grow without the hassle of it being illegal, at least on the state level. There is nothing more rewarding than growing your own meds imo.
 
Yeah Chinky in Cali the taxation of MM has brought the state tons of money I dont know the exact figure but its in the millions for sure. And back in Colorado they are raping fools and reaping the benefits. You have to pay 400-450 a year to renew your license and when there is thousands and thousands of people getting scripts thats some big money with out even selling the herb. Its still not what the government wants though the whole market has turned into this grey area that people can find loop holes in to go around the system.

^And even its on a state level the DEA doesn't give two shits about it. My friend in Denver was popped for growing the legal limit and the DEA agent said "Son I could care less if your state gave you a piece of paper that allows you to grow, I'm Federal and Federally you are doing some really illegal shit." He is still in court but I think they are gonna beat it the main problem is the were selling to who they thought were card carrying patients. I could go on for pages about the shit I've seen/heard the DEA doing but you get the point. Love that color grey lol!
 
id pay 400 to renew the license...cause you get arrested one time and your lawyer is gonna cost you at least that much, not to mention the court costs and everything else..
 
^^^I completely agree there Chinky especially with the feds flexing their nuts on everyone including the state legislators that made it legal in the first place. Its like fuck some states like Cali would be hurting even worse than they are now without those millions of revenue and taxation from legal bud. And no the fucking cartels aren't setting up god damn dispensaries to make cash when they are making plenty selling bud illegally to open up some little mom and pop dispensary and go through all the legal hoops they would haveta do.
 
the only reasons the feds are stepping in and making busts is cause they are losing money on people not buying their imported weed
 
Medical Marijuana is one of the major reasons I love my state. Having the ability to just walk into a club and purchase some great weed, or have the freedom to grow it myself is an amazing ability to have, and the amount of good it does for the populace is insane. I look at friends who live in states that dont allow it, and see how awfully low they have to stoop in terms of how they get their cannabis, the quality of the product, and the shadiness of the whole ordeal, and it just saddens me.

I hope one day we can nationally legalize it, or hell even legalize it at least in California, but I do believe we're heading in the right direction and this pleases me to see.

you guys are a little off. the market is already extremely saturated in a few of the mmj states i know for a fact that one could acquire an zip for aboutno pricesalready.

In my area of FL there definitely seems to be enough interest to push for MMJ here. Though medical bud is readily available here if you know where to look, it'd be nice to be able to just go to a dispensary and have more than just a few choices in strain at a time and not have to worry about getting popped.
 
im in cali.. this thing is basically set :P

in fact, after I got a med card and could pick up all the weed in the world

after 3 months of my med card I slowly quit bud by myself

just dont have the desire to use anymore

guess thats what happens when you get unlimited supply of quality weed

you get sick of it
