Medical ID/Emergency Card?

Does anyone hve a medical ID or carry a card in the event of an emergency involving drug intoxication? Like a card with something like "opioid dependent, administer naloxone in the event of an emergency". Can you buy them or get them from a doctor?

I haven't heard of something like that for drug use... My brother has 'PEANUT, SHELLFISH' with 911 as little parenthaseis around it tattooed on his forearm.. I've seen do not revive tatted on a chest... The cards and bracelets seem like a good idea but I think a visible tattoo is a much better approach. You can't forget a tattoo at home
