It could explain the situation then by itself, Windows 11 currently is beyond unstable and everyone still prefer 10, I still use 10 and will do until end of time. I got CrowdStrike support on my main computer now, let go of hybrid use of Kaspersky because of bills and other things they ain't ready to face yet unlike CS. From a security standpoint I advise you to go back to 22H2 and install up-to-date drivers and use either McAfee or Kaspersky because other vendors go hand-in-hand with the money flow aka NEW OS every 5 years now, and you'll meet some big no from their software. It has all day zero mitigations enabled but certain stuff are blanked out because of security suite, hence why I use CS and not like before kaspersky hybrid security.
Control Panel for example in Windows will forever be linked to Settings, and because so, and you cannot replicate control panel ever.. it will be vulnerable, this is a small actual example rather than go into other details I don't want to stuff your head with.
