So I pulled a slightly stupid move... I have been playing with focalin ir 10mg pills via insuflation(sp)

I hate crushing each pill as I need it so had a couple hundred laying around and just turned them all into powder.

Smart for lines but not so smart when the amount needed goes over what you can take in... So plugging is the next idea... But I have a ton of powder and I don't know how to figure out safe dosages.

For the lazy ones.... Lots of powder and need to know how to measure a safe dosage for plugging.

And no I don't have a single pill to get the weight on to go that route.

Currently just making it into lines and dumping that.... hardly safe considering the higher bio avail... but working with what i have and obviously not much.

There must be a database that exists that states a pills mass and what is in it. I am not familiar with one but that information is open if theres a generic I dont see why something like that couldnt exist. If you can not find out the mass online by the name of the brand and the type of medication it is I am not sure what you could do to be accurate.

I suppose if you must you could start low and titrate up while weighing the amount you are doing. Once you achieve a good high you would know how much to do in a sitting. I dont think focalin is such a low dose it would be dangerous to go that route. I would see what other people say as there is a chance someone can give you a mass or website.

do you remember what size the lines were when you smashed the individual pills? If you can remember the rough size you probably won't end up dosing more than 1-4mg of D-mph above or below your usual line. If you can't remember then you'll just have to wait until you can get more pills to determine the weight, or risk an uncomfortable overdose.

Hmm not my night to post this... Written twice and closed browser once and next phone died..... Last attempt...

So gf says my lines keep getting thicker so can't use that..... So ended up digging through stuff and found some 5mg capsules and 30mg capsules... So not exact at all but guesstimating 50mg per time...

So a little off topic but not too far... So I'm running on my third day with 5hrs total.... 1hr Monday evening... 3hrs Tuesday morning.... And 1hr just a bit ago.... So the last plug was about 50mg and didn't do anything... Possibly offset my balance a little.... Heart rate didn't rise at all.... BP was my norm too... I found this to be odd... Have had a bm recently and due the opiates there won't be another for a long while.... So nothing to catch anything.... I really don't want to do more than 50mg since plugging it seems like a bunch. Insuflating I would do 30 in about 30 minutes and then 45 minutes later I would do 20-30mg more.... So have a tolerance... But give me something....

And yes I am weird.... I wear a heart rate strap that links to my phone and records my heart rate all the time... I prefer it to be about 120-130.... Yes I know pushing it.

Anyways enough sidetracking. I should be getting my script on Friday so will try to find a non shitty scale. So I can get a measurement..... I really just need to do an extraction...

Here's what I do with powdered Kratom, it should apply to you: Ok so you know you have 100 pills worth of powder. Get a tablespoon (the one's used for cooking that usually come in a pack of 1/4, 1/2, and 1 tbsp), and some sort of cup to hold your powder. Start scooping the powder and scraping it flat at the top to get exact tablespoons, and dump it into your cup. Count how many tablespoons worth of powder you have. So for example, if you had 100 10 mg IR Focalin pills of powder (1,000 mg), that equated to 32 1/2 tablespoons, then you would know that 1tbsp=(1,000mg/32.5tbsp)=30.77 mg per tablespoon. Of course then you'll be able to use your smaller measuring spoons to dose, so almost filling a 1/2 tbsp to the brim would be about a 15 mg line. Hope this helps!

Hmm doesn't sound perfect but close enough and I don't have to possibly explain why I have a scale that will go .001mg...
