MDPV suggestions

Hello, I have seen that there are many people who had experiences with PV's, as I personally researched only the original MDPV. I wanted to ask what do YOU guys think is the best of PV's because MDPV's comedown is quite harsh. Also haven't you had any problems with kidneys? I know it is a sign of dehydration or potassium depletion. Maybe you have any suggestions? A-PHP sounds like a nice replacement
