i buy from a headshop. but, they a no longer selling it after their current supply dries up. comes in 250mg bags, i use a lightbulb. never tried that aluminum foil trick.

smoking out of a lightbulb is a lot worse as the 'spent' mdpv stays there. When it is on the foil you can see it clearly and know exactly when to stop (or not).
 
shiny side up I believe, you can make a V shaped valley yes, tilt it slightly and have the PV at the highest side away from your hand holding the other.

Heat, and let it roll down while inhaling. You should see it melt and go from yellow to amber and get darker. The smoke will taste vile and looks a little different at the point where you should stop inhaling

You will probably not get it 1st time. If it's too much of an effort don't bother making it run down the foil, just have it in a blob :)

the normal burnt make you gag for 10 min taste?

dosing? i can work it out on my scales...
 
The taste is not bad atall, just make sure you stop before it starts burning.

Start small. Will most likely take you more than 1 inhale to do even the tiniest amout.

When it begins to become harsh you know you should have stopped earlier.
 
straight to the mouth sucking? or using a snooter/tooter/wtfe?

i've managed to keep most of my shit from burning lately, in the beginning though. YUCK.
 
no no, use a straw about 4cm away

Take your time heating it, don't put the flame right next to it, allow it to melt and vape off slowly :)

I couldn't remember. Would the shiny side down not just increase the amount of heat reflected?
 
the shiny side down shouldn't change much other than you are inhaling less harmful chemicals, as the shiny side is the chem-treated side. Better safe than sorry, who knows what the dangers of burning foil-treating-chemicals is.
