It ended more or less with an all but realized cardiac arrest (not heart attack! Pish circulation one) one night when lying in bed...I didn't see it coming, but physical exhaustion from lack of sleep, probable dehydration and lack of food intake in the early evening leading up to 3am when I went to bed meant that after about an hour, when the misleading lingering euphoric energy from the last few (high dose for me) doses subsided, I started to have difficulty catching enough air when relaxing my breathing to get to sleep...Gradually followed by uncomfortable legs, feet, hands as they became colder, then tingly, then numbing.
I started to lose my shit a bit, which ofc made it worse. By about 5am I knew shit had hit the fan when I had to lie down in a sort of spread eagled sprawl on my front with using as few muscles as possible and with the easiest flow of circulation I could feel and take huge gasps of air, to be able to catch my breath at all. Other positions simply caused me to nearly pass out as my heart just couldn't get the oxygen flowing. By about the time my parents had both left for work at 8am I was losing any strength to stay conscious at all but had to do the improbable and get to the kitchen and eat anything and everything to get some energy. I'm so glad I still had just enough to get there, hobbling from chair to chair to sit and catch a bit of breath before I had time to faint. I think the MDPV was easing off by that point, thank fucking christ. Had 5 bananas and two litres of milk :D Then can after can of cold Heinz soup haha...After about 30 minutes I was fairly certain I wasn't going to die after all.
Happy days. I threw the PV in the wheely bin in shame. Went and got it back again the next day

I made sure to flush it once I was too high to care.

And yeah, I would recommend plugging over both sniffing and vaping. Sniffing demotes it to little more than hardcore caffeine 9 times out of 10 and vaguely fun for a while 1 time out of 10. Vaping has a rush, of sorts, but it's pretty fleeting and feels awful on your lungs. Plugging is somehow best of both worlds in terms of how much fun you can have and how long the fun lasts. It's still MDPV though, you will spend most of your time acting all

through every ROA.
