Since recently experiencing it myself, I've been wondering if anyone else has ever noticed a severely jaundiced complexion (appearing markedly orange in tone), and / or any otherwise unusual rubbery or greasy look or feel to their skin, during or following episodes of MDPV use? I observed in myself all of these symptoms at once toward the end of a recent 48+ hour binge (during which I dosed 5-10mg by insufflation every ~3 hours), and it was a highly unusual and unpleasant feeling. The visible effect was marked enough for other people to comment on it, and even to suggest that I should consider seeing a doctor.
I had consumed a large quantity of caffeine earlier, drinking several strong cups of coffee in the morning several hours before the first dose of my subsequent MDPV binge. I also repeatedly dosed ibuprofen and acetaminophen during the subsequent 48 hours in anticipation of any blood pressure-related headaches that I feared might result from my earlier and continued use of the stimulant drugs in question - but only within their maximum advised single and daily dose limits. I attempted to remain properly hydrated throughout the duration of my repeated MDPV use, but suffered from diuresis as a further symptom, which may be attributed to the use of stimulant drugs in general. Due to a completely suppressed appetite, I did not eat anything substantive over the duration of my MDPV use (I attempted to ingest a carrot at one point, whereupon I found swallowing solid food to be all but impossible). I was in a general state of good physical well-being, nutritionally and otherwise, over the days and weeks preceding the binge in question. The symptoms in question did finally go away after a full day and a half of not dosing MDPV, during which I also ate and slept again somewhat normally.
I do not know myself to have -- or indeed have any reason to suspect my possible having -- any history of hepatic disease, which might explain the sudden incidence of jaundice. I do, however, have reasons to suspect myself possibly having a history of recurrent undiagnosed anemia (e.g. noting on recurrent occasion any combination of weakness, fatigue, pallor, fast rate and irregular heart beat, light-headedness, and a highly-infrequent incidence of fainting, among other symptoms indirectly associated with anemia, including periods marked by regular incidence of migraine with aura, etc), which I deem likely to be resultant from recurrent nutritional deficiencies.
Jaundice is always a serious symptom when it occurs in association with drug use, all-the-more-so with the use of lesser-known drugs that may possess unknown side effects and contraindications. So any insight as to what may possibly explain the combination of jaundice and the other symptoms I've recalled experiencing, other than toxic hepatitis, would be beneficial for the my own future reference. And linking this experience to others would have further value as a point of reference for others who may experience -- or, on account of specific contraindications unbeknownst to them, may risk experiencing -- these symptoms during their own use of MDPV.
