MDPV Megathread 3 - It don't matter if you're tanned or white! or beige...

I was talking about the sucky pipe -fuck that shit there was guys who would do allsorts of weird & wonderful designs - fucking pretentiousness - or I lacked the skill you choose.That aint a spiral that's like a erm maze shape - I seen a guy do amazing spirals - took him forever to do his gear in tho - he spent most of the time just running it.
 
Was never really my thang earlier - for similar lack of arsedness and/or ability reasons. Knew some folks who did some quite impressive ones though. Worthy of a Turner Prize or two. Perhaps. Every ROA has it's own lil rituals I suppose - bit like cokeheads that spend more time chopping lines just so than sniffing them, maybe.
 
there's not really a coating on foil as such, not burning the foil first shouldn't have made a difference as far as chasing goes. there's a definite knack to it though, my first few attempts were pretty fruitless.
 
Hmm I think my little question got lost in the quick discussion following it :) I hope I'm not being a nuisance but...

Surely someone here knows whether all peevee smells like semen? The last one I received doesn't, and I'm not sure whether it's doing anything (but it could just be my tolerance).
 
^ Some batches more so than others, I find. Not sure how (or if) it relates to quality though. Tan was mighty spunky smelling so I tend to think of it as a good sign but may well not be the case at all. Has been mentioned before somewhere but can't remember what it is that causes it. Or if it's a good or bad sign. Or neither.

Dunno if it's a coating really but whatever those fumes are that come off the foil first time you heat it are are probably not good. Not the the other smoke is either, I'd imagine. Either way it wouldn't make a difference other than getting a lungful of nasty metallic stuff on the first few tokes maybe. Just a bit fiddly to till you get the hang of it is all.
 
Is it supposed to be like a layer of aluminium oxide or something? some foil doesnt seem to smoke at all when you first burn it, weird.
 
Really don't know. Hasn't been any late night OU chemistry on for a while so forgotten all that stuff about oxidisation but rings a faint bell. Possibly just cos you said it and I can't think of anything else though. Some gives off more than others but whatever it is doesn't seem too appetising so have always done it myself.
 
the melting point of mdpv is within the temp range of a normal oven, so if foils that dodgy we'd all be fucked just from everyday cookery :P

You only get it from foil that's not been heated and it's only a waft or two, but it's a waft or two I'd rather not be sucking up unnecessarily. Take a piece of virgin foil and run a lighter over it and fumes go a-fuming but only for a moment then the coating or whatever it is that burns off is burnt off so you don't inhale it. Aluminium's not nice stuff so whatever those fumes are I prefer to spend the 10 seconds to burn them off than risk any risks however unrisky they may or may not be. Plus it tastes nasty :D
 
yeah the shiny side is coated with something to stop it oxidising, personally I prefer glass!

Vaped a small amount earlier today and it did give me a good pickme up, still not finding that compulsive though, oral dosing is winning me over.
 
there is no diff between the shiny and dull side it's just how its made

Aluminium foil has a shiny side and a matte side. The shiny side is produced when the aluminium is rolled during the final pass. It is nearly impossible to produce rollers with a gap fine enough to cope with the foil gauge, therefore, for the final pass, two sheets are rolled at the same time, doubling the thickness of the gauge at entry to the rollers. When the sheets are later separated, the inside surface is dull, and the outside surface is shiny.

the impurities are throughout not a coating

Aluminum foil is very pure- in fact it is 99.9% pure, with the .1% being various residues from the manufacturing process that are burned off at low temperature and other impurities found within the material.

ahh interesting, I stand corrected :D I still shudder thinking about the diy foil bowls filled with disgusting soapbar that used to get smoked by my deliquent pals and myself yonks ago :o glass all the way for me.


These 3 days awake binges are becoming a bit too frequent heh.

The stuff that I probably just degraded in water smelled very spunky (it had almost no smell before) and was went tan (pure white before).

Sorry I haven't a clue if it changed the effects because 10 minutes after me and a friend insuffated a 5mg bump each, he got a half o of weed which we pretty much finished tonight between 3 people.
 
Maybe a stupid question but can i smoke my PV in a roll-up? Like a normal rollie with tobaco in it and mdpv sprinkled on top? Would that work o.o?
 
just found out for myself u can, pretty fuckin intense compared to snortin :O! would it be even stronger if i did it with foil + pipe or just teh same as smokin it in a rollie?
