MDPV Megathread 3 - It don't matter if you're tanned or white! or beige...

It's vendor sales hypes. I would bet a bollock on it. There is some off-white/beige stuff which you could describe as being tan coloured but it ain't the old tan stuff. It's decent quality though (if a bit on the weak side). At least the beige/tan stuff I've had recently is. I suspect they've just been reading threads like this and are using it as a selling point - some of the "tan" you'd be hard-pressed to tell from white, to be honest.

Bresker: Glass pipes are not really ideal for peevee, I'd say. Dragon chasing is your friend :)

Having said that, I do use my trusty ghetto pipe if I want a proper head-twister of a hit but use with caution cos they can give you an almighty lungful that really will send you spinning. Direct heat doesn't seem to be a huge problem but it's probably pretty wasteful too.
 
I know this might sound ridiculous but I'm seriously thinking of cutting my MDPV with glucose.

Thing is, I have strong mental associations with fat lines of speed mixed with glucose.The sight of one is enough to get my brain slavering. I can nearly get off just thinking about it. There's even that speedy saltiness off this stuff, although sadly it doesn't burn the nose.

My brain doesn't start chomping at a tiny 5mg line.

Problem is, I don't know how much to mix. Might try a little and work up.
 
Not necessarily a great idea that - how will you know how much peevee is mixed in with any given line of glucose? Unless you make them one at a time or summat there's a fair chance you'll get little or none in one line and way too much in another. Just make up one or two lines at a time if you're doing that, I'd suggest. Also occurs to me that say 5mg of peev in a line that's maybe 50-75mg may not be too reliable either - that's not much active with a load of cut. Rather hit and miss approach, I'd imagine.
 
Maybe an uncut MDPV dose followed by a line of pure glucose for the flavour?

Yes it's fucking ridiculous.
 
If I've been taking it over a couple of days, my sweat does start to smell exactly like the mdpv smells if you leave it out exposed to air/moisture/light...
 
i`ll throw in my tuppence worth,ig of tan will last ages(more than a month+ easily) ,2g of that so called new stuff lasted a weekend and i still crashed out every time...

its also enjoyable,far more than meph /meth pish..
 
Thats mad, 2g of PV in a weekend?? 8o We tanned a g between 5 of us in 2days. Was coming down like death for over a week! There was pills and meph involved too though..

I think its funny how some people will slate meph to fuck and think its dodgy, yet they are happy to take batches of peeves when they have no fucking idea whats in it! Theres plenty of people who seem to happily take grams of it and not have a clue what it even is..

I'll stick with the drugs that give me actual euphoria eh ;) :D
 
I'm still not sure I 'get' it. Had a few Gs now and I dont know wether I like it or not. I doefinetely dont dislike it, i just cant tell wther its proper good or consistently underwhelming.

Defo good fun tho :)
 
so you've kept doing something for a few hundred doses without knowing you like it? haha is that bizarre to anyone else?

I think PV is completely over-rated. The best discovery since MDMA bleh.. I'd say theres very little rec value to it at all. Its good if you have something to do, but recreationally the only real use would be to extend a session.

I doubt anyone knows what's in the mephedrone they take either

No offence but your kidding yourself mate. There have been a few bad batches of meph. I've only seen one I didn't like, it absolutely reaked. My mate got it from some random vendor. Pretty much all the meph batches are about equal in strength, some feel cleaner than others.

The PV there are reports of the tan where you need hardly anything, to people doing grammes in a week. There is not that amount of variation with mephedrone. :\

Thats not really what I meant. Obvious contaminants is one thing but how do you know you're even getting 4-methylmethcathinone and that it's as pure as claimed?

i.e could you tell the difference between 4-methylmethcathinone and 4-methoxymethcathinone? Could you tell which entantiomer of 4-mmc you have or if it's a racemic mixure etc etc - it's exactly the same risk anyone is taking with mdpv in that respect, and I don't think the vendors themselves are in much of a habit of checking before flogging kilos of the stuff either.
 
PV is far more inconsistent than mephedrone IMO. Put it this way 99 times out of 100 mephedrone gives me the same buzz and is of good quality. The few times I have bought PV it has never been nearly the same.

In my opinion its just what you would like to say. Theres only a couple of places I use for meph and they are always good and its consistent between them, so I'm guessing they are all around the same purity.

If they have a large market and consistent suppliers in the uk who want the best stuff and who themselves have a similar clientele, does it not make sense that they will try and supply the best or the right stuff.. The 2 I use when I do order have never gave me anything I wasn't happy with. There are definately some vendors getting shit..

Even if they were selling 4-methoxymethcathinone as 4-methylmethcathinone, it would be a hell of alot closer than the stuff people have suggested they are putting in PV, like Butylone. Nobody even seems to know what it is they are getting, or if it is even PV! :\
 
well, due to this weeks weather causing all sorts of work / college cancellations I've been rather over-indulging, which probably isn't a 'good thing'(tm) in the line of 'harm reduction'......
over the last week I've tried smoking PV, which I must admit left me rather underwhelmed - I then compensated for the total lack of 'WOW' factor by necking 20mg orally, and rather idiotically ( i realised shortly before going to bed and researching what I'd done - after the event, wtf?!!?) snorting 3-5mg of 2ct7 - survived it, but would advise against that mix...had a couple of nights of PV, then m1/B1, which was alright but need to lay of M1/B1 for a couple of weeks to build up reserves, then tonight it's PV, fizzy pink plonk and vodka/bitter lemon, which is working an absolute treat, in conjuction with a bit o' Pete Tong...

So, welcome to 2010 y'all...I know it's a bit cold at the moment, so much so that my better half just convinced me to insulate the bathroom, finally - feels warmer already :D, but I'm sure it'll warm up, eventually - have a brilliant one and may all your trips be the best ever yet, or at the very least, bloody good fun!!

I've only ever seen dramatic inconsistencies once and it was immediately obvious it wasn't mdpv just by looking at it! It's been pointed out before that MDPV is just one of a series of different substitutions that were looked at by the patent holders - it seems reasonable enough to guess that as demand for it is growing, the people making it have switched to a close alternative substitution that doesn't require such a tightly controlled precusor, but does influences the dose / therapeutic index.

I think it's just inescapable though now with the amount of people cashing in on the whole phenomenon, that there's "vendors" starting to appear that are shady enough to start cutting these RC's and replacing them with stuff half the price etc, and that goes for all of the popular drugs not just mdpv. At the end of the day though all of these vendors are taking someone elses word for it that their product is what they say it is....
