I know there are plenty of risks when snorting any substance, but I can't find a thread on here whose primary focus is on MDPV insufflation. What risks does one take by snorting the salt as opposed to oral/sublingual administration?

The usual risks when it comes to snorting an unknown substance (meaning its probably cut with an unknown substance). It could be, and probably will be, irritating to the nasal passages and sinuses.

I have had small binges on MDPV and that was always my ROA. Like said it will be irritating a painful for some. I felt is was fairly rough of my nose, became dry and irritated. After my each bump my nose would feel clogged even if I blew my nose well before hand. After my use I would feel like I was getting a cold and be really stuffed and sneeze alot.

I really didnt find Any harmful side affects only annoying.

Please be safe with MDPV, do not re dose it constantly and watch how much you use.

:)

I never noticed any excessive sneezing or sinus blockage with MDPV, then again I did small 5mg bumps at a time. Mildly irritating to the sinus at first [less than a minute at most] with the usual chemical smell. I noticed a small trace of blood appear in my mucus after binges. I suggest dosing MDPV orally. The time difference in come-up was about the same, it's just as effective, and lasts longer.

I got some mild psychosis type side-effects after all is said and done after a 24 hour binge. Confusion/hesitation, sensitivity to noise, that sort of thing. Sleep is very important when doing MDPV, imo. I thought it was a relatively safe stimulant if you control yourself, because this drug is mildly euphoric and thus addictive.

Have to agree with what was posted there by fridgebuzz. MDPV is such a fiendish stimulant that it is easy to take it too far and end up in a psychotic state, with whatever method of administration. My recent episode with MDPV was insufflation only and I ended up in a psychotic state for a while. Sleep is most definitely an important thing with MDPV, the less sleep that you get, the more chance you have of going over the edge.

To answer your initial question though, I don't believe that snorting MDPV has any more risks to it than snorting any other chemical does. Just the general risks that accompany insufflation of any drug.
