Hi,

I took around 500mg of MDMA before 2 months. That was my first time because of my friend's bachelor party and he forced me to do it. Now, I have Premature ejaculation issue and can't hold even for 2 mins. Previously, I didn't have any issue and had a happy sex life with my girlfriend. But, currently I am facing this PE issue. Is this permanent? If not, how much time will take to get back to normal.
I can't go to any doctors as it's illegal in my country.

Please help me.

Hi there, welcome. I do not have personal experience with MDMA and premature ejaculation, nor did I come across it often in the context of MDMA, though I do remember one or two discussions about it. Some questions: have you been feeling more anxious than normal since that experience? Are you generally an anxious person or did you use to struggle with it? Do you experience anything else other than the premature ejaculation, like perhaps heartrate issues or erectile dysfunction or....? Have you talked to a doctor about it? I assume you are sexually familiar with your partner, since you're marrying her, yes? Did something else change in your sexual experience or perception of it? Do note of course that we are not doctors so you're not going to find medical advice here, though we are able to share anecdotal experiences if they exist

In any case, it's not permanent, no. Though your dose was on the high side, you're not going to have permanent damage from a single drug use. It can have more than one cause though, so it can pass on its own or the underlying cause needs to be looked at before it passes, depending on what that is

Hahaha yeah man its ridiculous how small it gets. I remember times when almost NO shaft was visible it was like the head on my stomach haha

Hi,

I had erectile dysfunction for almost 2 weeks after the usage. Now I have only PE issue. I tried with masturbation and faced the same PE, just to check if I had the issue with my partner only.
I am sexually familiar with my partner. Also, my sex timings are increased from 1 to 2-3 mins.
How much time it would take to completely flush out from my body. If I need to consult a doctor, do I need to consult a sexologist?

Erectile dysfunction after MDMA use doesn't always happen but it is definitely not unheard of, there are more people that have that and it usually passes in a few days, 1-2 weeks at most, like it did in your case. I asked about being anxious because this is very often the cause of such problems. Anxiety can cause and oftentimes does cause both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Even being just a bit more anxious, not enough to really notice the anxiety, can have a noticeable effect on your sex life. Anxiety also occurs frequently after taking MDMA, especially in people prone to it

It's good that the erectile dysfunction passed on its own, that makes me think the premature ejaculation will pass as well, especially since you say the length of your sex sessions is increasing. I don't know how it is in your country but in my country if someone experiences issues such as this, they would go to a urologist first to determine if there is a physical cause and if that is not the case they would be referred to a psychologist, perhaps a sexologist indeed. But the first step would be a general practitioner who will refer you to a urologist for a physical examination

I guess, anxiety is my problem. My normal nature is overthinking, if anything happens wrong. So, it seems the same happened here also. Thanks very much for your reply. Because of that, I recollected my experience. When I first got erectile dysfunction, I got scared. Then, the overthinking happened... Seems that, this affected my sex life. I will wait for some time as I believe the issue happened due to my overthinking. If its not resolved any more, I will consult an urologist.

Your condition is a bit weird as most people would rather get the opposite. MDMA causing temporary pill willy and an inability to come. Although that never happened to me, in the comedown I could have great sex cause of the delaying of orgasm. From a few minutes to as long as your dick don't fall off.

While its called premature ejaculation, as you experience it also during solo session's. Otherwise it sure reminds me of my first times in my young years, i would come almost instantaneous after penetration. No fun. So I get what mean by annoying as it takes away from the act. Could be some leftover anxiety, but as you and your partner are already close it seems like a body change.

Keep an eye on it and if it stays you can always go to your dr. tell him your problem and leave out the bit of info concerning MDMA. At least he can check and take your worry's away. Oh and thick condom's could temporarily help.

how and why did anyone ''force you'' to take 500mg of anything ? Friend, dont take class a drugs because of peer pressure, esp not 500mg youl end up dead ffs. Nothing like that is ever permanent dont worry about it. As for doctors they arnt allowed to spread such info altho some prob do. If your in some ultra conservative country then just tell the doc your drink was spiked and someone told you it was mdma
