400mg is 400mg, I’d expect to feel rough afterwards myself. Your body may be able to handle that in your teens or early 20’s but not as you get older.

I've done half a gram in a night before after consuming half a gram of coke. A case of beer was also consumed. I was fine. I'd be asking questions to your supplier.

I have had acid reflux all my life and have developed gastritis and that causes me nausea and vomiting occasionally.
I have done MDMA and not had issues with vomiting because of it.
