i've seen great powder. i've seen bunk powder.
i've seen great pills. i've seen bunk pills.

MDMA powder is just crushed crystal (or not MDMA at all).

If you're not buying fake stuff then there's only really 2 forms your MDMA will be in - crystals (crushed up or not) & pills. There is no difference between the two, other than the quality of the pill. As you're in America & by all accounts the quality of the pills/MD in general is pretty bad then the best advice would be to get crystal & test it.

+1 I have never and never would buy MDMA as a powder. It comes as a crystal so you have to ask yourself, why has somebody crushed it up? Cause they've probably boshed it up.
 
it doesnt really matter what form your mdmd is in, whether it be crystal, powder, capsule, or pill. it is most important that you test your product so you know for sure that what you have is in fact mdma. do not take anyone elses word for what your product is until you test it yourself, for obvious reasons.

The best MDA I've ever had.. in fact the best MDxx anything I've had cane as a powder. Absolutely 100% pure, that shit was BEAUTIFUL.

I agree, looks mean nothing which is always what we say, so thats why we say test. But as a generalisation, powder is the easiest to bosh up.
