I take 220mg of effexor xr. I used to take about 400 something. I'm still depressed at this low dose, so i assume not that much serotonin is being released? So would it be safe to take ecstasy? Should i stop taking it a day before or something. I also take buspar for anxiety, and lamictal for bipolar disorder. From what i've read on those two it shouldn't hurt. I want to try it before I go to a rave. I have been smoking recreationally for 4 years. I've used stimulants and opiates. I'm looking for something to rave with. I might try coke if I can't take x. Help/advice anyone?

I personally think its a bad idea for people who are taking so many any anxiety etc meds to start messing around with stims / MDMA.
If your going to take it I would come off the meds a few days prior to using but for the risk of starting your bipolar/anxiety is it really worth the risk?
