Since September 2012 ive did mdma 13 times its no october the 30th 2013 and im planning on doing another pill(android) tomorrow on Halloween and i think its effect my memory abit but im not sure is there
any signs you can tell if mdma use had effected you and also ive heard alot of people saying after alot of use they get brain zaps what are brain zaps because im not to sure if i have ever had one
the last time i did mdma was leeds festival and on the last night i did two pills about 400mg of mdma but since then i have felt abit fucked up but i also did coke and some other drugs that weekend just want to
know if doing a pill tomorrow will damage me bad i normally do have about a month-2 break but there has been sometimes ive did it a few weeks in a row ive did it 14 times ever and ive had propa pills everytime
like defgons/ red bulls/mortal kombats/nintendo/superman/ all 200mg and a few ninja turtles which are about 130mg i always research the pill before i do it and make sure its only mdma i always smoke weed on comedown and ive never did more than half a gram in one night

so should i do mdma again

are my breaks long enough

and how can you tell its effected you

and what could happen if i do it again

or could my brain still be recovering from the last time

Whether you should do MDMA again is completely up to you. You would definitely know what a brain zap is if you've had one. Pill reports is nice to get an idea of what you're taking but you'll never be certain unless you get a reagent test kit.

If you still feel fucked up I honestly think you shouldn't be doing MDMA, or any other drug for that matter, until you're back to baseline. At least a 1 month break is recommended, but if it's 1 month every time it may not cut it. When I first started taking MDMA I did it every month, religiously, and when I look back at it it was still definitely in the domain of abuse.

You should know if it's affecting you based on your mental performance. If you're not feeling up to par then it's most likely affecting you. If you read recovery stories on these forums you can see what may happen to you.

My best tip for you is if you don't feel comfortable taking MDMA then don't do it. You seem uncomfortable doing it again, based on your post, so I'd say don't do it. Respect MDMA, and respect yourself.
