I've spent some time trying to find anything covering this, without any luck. What's generally more harmful to the brain?
Scenario 1:
MDMA (120 mg) on both days.
Scenario 2:
Dopamine releaser (amphetamine, ~50-70 mg) on first day and MDMA on second.
I know that you shouldn't mix amphetamine's with MDMA, even if it's a day between. Is it better to go harder on the serotonin (MDMA->MDMA)? What's the least neurotoxic choice? Assume that no refills are taken and that there's 24 hours between the intake of the substances.
Also, what if the substances are taken right after each other? If the combination of high dopamine release in combination with serotonin is more neurotoxic, it would mean that 'Scenario 1' is preferable, right?
Hope it's understandable. It will be really interesting to see what you have to say!
