If it affects you like this, the only answer is don't take it again.


Could also be a quality issue with your MDMA. Good shit usually provides a nice 'afterglow' unless you overdo it or combine it with other drugs.
 
I've started to get the having to puke after taking MDMA thing and I know several other people that had that problem after using it awhile. I don't know why it happens but it's a thing for sure. The last time I took MDMA I made sure nothing was on my stomach food wise and I still ended up throwing up a bunch of kratom I'd taken in the couple of hours before I took MDMA. Not taking kratom wasn't going to happen of course and I suppose that counts as something being on the stomach. But it wasn't that much (5 grams at most).

My usual come up now consists of puking followed by the usual effects. Then I typically re-dose about 1.5-2 hours in and have a fun time until I crash. The crashes have become harder as the years go on and I don't even use MD(M)A that often. I've been dosing out of the same gram for the last 5 years or so now. It's only something I take maybe once a year. But typically only once every 2-3 years.

I had a friend that couldn't keep MDMA down at all. He'd take some and puke it up 10-15 minutes later and wouldn't feel anything from it at all. I once gave him a bean I knew was very good. It had been tested and was dosed way too high for normal use. Like it wasn't even worth taking more than half of it. You could split it between 3 average people and all of them would have had a full on roll. He ate the thing, puked it up then called me to swear that the guy I got it from was ripping me off and said he was going to tell him off the next time he saw him. I guess he just had over used MDMA too much by that point in his life. I ate one of those beans and got way too high in public. Spent an awesome night in a very public place having a lot of fun with strangers that couldn't speak a lick of English. Spent a ton of money on gifts for people I didn't know. Zoned out on the pretty lights for what felt like hours. Smoked pot in public in a place I shouldn't have. Was so nice the security people didn't even attempt to kick me out. Gave what was left of my pot to some teenager that was walking around with a bunch of cheerleaders (probably shouldn't have done that but he gladly accepted it and I hope he got laid). All the usual lovely dovey stuff that happens when you take good MDMA.

At any rate yes puking is a thing. I don't know why it happens. It seems to become a bigger issue the more you take it over the years. I have an iron stomach most of the time but for whatever reason MDMA makes me hurl like nothing else I've ever taken. I do feel really really good once I do it though.

Seen more then one female puke her guts out on the come up.
Didn t stop em rolling, so it seems as if it happens during absorption.
Never witnessed it myself, then again, those females dosed equal mg. s.
[after displaying no discomfort] but they seem more sensitive to that 5-ht-...
receptor in the gut or brain ?

Literature states females are affected more at similar dosages.
 
I experienced this on pressed pills a lot especially chewing them up and tasting how awful they were but getting excited too since the worse they tasted usually meant the better the roll. It also happened on benzofuran 5-mapb many timse. I worked thru the same bag of that for 10 years. Had the most memorable rolls of my life , 2 day afterglows which could be brought back to full rolling status simply by smoking weed during the afterglow.

I'm a man and MDMA can 100% make me vomit. It doesn't happen every time, but often enough that I prepare to vomit about an hour or so after taking it. It always seems to start around the 1 hour mark when it happens.
 
Last time I rolled I noticed I am probably going to puke. Started to walk towards bathrooms but they were too far and I puked on shopping malls floor. It was interesting that I was not particularly anxious about puking haha I was like "If I puke, I puke".

Redosed immediately after of course.

They to, like it kicked in and activated that response.
Both were high when they got from the bathroom. No MDMA seemed lost.

Yeah, it always happens after the comeup has begun. I don't know exactly why, but my largely uneducated theory is that its already fully (or mostly) absorbed by the time vomiting begins, and rather than being a reaction to the drug itself, it could be caused by serotonin receptors in the stomach.
