no, its not that easy. i recently tried it and after hours of pounding, i wasnt even close (it didnt matter though because it felt good either way). however, determined, i laid their jackin myself furiously in a way that would sober force an orgasm quickly, and no matter how strenuous, the mdma overpowered me and i couldnt build to gasm. the next morning i was fine as far as that goes though.
