Hey guys, here's my hypothetical pre-loading/post-loading regime for molly.
Drink grapefruit juice before and throughout the roll.
T-1:00 – 1750mg Alpha Lipoic Acid, 100mg 5-HTP, 500mg Magnesium, 1500mg Vitamin C, 5000 IU Vitamin A, 400 IU Vitamin E, 100mg Vitamin B6
T+0:00 – MDMA
T+3:38 – 250mg Alpha Lipoic Acid, 200 mg 5-HTP, 500mg Magnesium, 1500 mg Vitamin C, 5000 IU Vitamin A, 400 IU Vitamin E, 100mg Vitamin B6
T+11:00 – 250mg Alpha Lipoic Acid, 100mg 5-HTP, 1500 mg Vitamin C, 5000 IU Vitamin A, 400 IU Vitamin E, 28mg Vitamin B6
T+24:00 – 125mg 5-HTP
T+48:00 – 125mg 5-HTP
T+72:00 – 125mg 5-HTP
