Hey man just wanted to chime on here . Colin you should be fine within a month as you have no severe symptoms although they seem severe they will go away. Abstain from all drugs and alcohol for a year and hit the gym heavy . I am talking about heavy weight. If you do not have physical symptoms then you should be straight so be positive you dodged a huge bullet. Ryan, I am in the same boat as you and your symptoms are the same i am a 31 months out so I know how it is . What you need to know is that unfortunately this type of damage is not easily shown through tests and trust me I have been to every doctor in every specialty and sub specialty . Strangestuff is correct in his assumption as this is the hpa axis causing issues but all in all it an injury to the serotonin system which recovers very slowly. I am not a doctor but if you are given the clear from medical staff you should force yourself to workout or walk 10 minutes a day then build up your strength. If you do have adrenal issues working out will feel like hell thats why you should build up slowly. Next think I would do is try interment fasting if you are healthy enough this alone has boosted testosterone to levels that are normal . Pm me if you guys need anything

Ok honestly the HPA stuff IS indeed detectable by tests. However, the science on it has been there for a while but the treatments are still in their infancy imo. There are just very few doctors out there that can properly evaluate+treat it.
Im sure you have seen this article already but here http://jeffreydachmd.com/clomid-for-men-with-low-testosterone/
Its some dude who wrecked his entire endocrine system and suffered CFS/panic everything for 10 years until finding the right professional to treat him. And then he got better quickly it looks like according to the article.

@ryan23. I know your suffering. It's a state of existence that is worse that hell and that no one could in a million years believe is possible. Unless you were to experience it yourself you can't begin to describe the suffering. How long have you been in this state for? From my experience 99 per cent of people on these forums DO get better, you just have to ride it out. There are unfortunately a couple of us who aren't as lucky but with time it does get easier. You just have to keep on grinding it out in the meantime until one starts to see improvements. Unfortunately I don't believe there is a quick fix. (That said there are some who have literally recovered over a space of a week after months of purgatory). You can read some of Futura's posts for inspiration. Take it day by day. You can do it!
