Hey BlueLight, a few weeks ago I made a post about my first time rolling, and I left a few questions in that post that were answered, but now I have some more, and I'm hoping that you guys can help me with this. TL;DR at bottom.
I know that the spinal fluid draining thing is a myth, but a friend of a friend of mine, who used to do MDMA quite frequently (I believe at least once a week), claims that after he stopped rolling that when he would crack his back he would feel the effects of MDMA for a short period of time (I'm assuming less than a minute). His friend, also a past MDMA abuser, also claimed that this was true. I didn't believe them, but I'd like to know a little bit about this.
The first time I took MDMA I had about 100-120mg (I'm not sure if this is relevant but I am an 18 year old male), it was some brown MDMA, I parachute'd it, not too sure if it was pure though, but it felt like what I read about (I'm getting a test kit for next time, or at least trying to since it seems to be difficult to get one in Canada), on October 10th, and I'm planning to take it again on December 21st, and again around April 27th. I'm wondering if taking MDMA once can cause damage to your serotonin receptors, or the brain in general, as it seems that I've been having more episodes of de-personalization than I used to prior to taking MDMA, and also an increase in anxiety, but it may just be the coffee I had today since caffeine tends to give me anxiety, however, caffeine has never given me anxiety prior to MDMA use, so I'm a little concerned. I read that psychedelics bring about latent mental disorders on these forums somewhere from random posters (I don't know how valid this is), but I believe that my father has some sort of an anxiety disorder, a mild one (or so it seems), which would mean that I could have inherited this gene. It could also just mean that the anxiety gene is starting to show itself because I'm only 18 and my brain is still developing. These effects aren't significant, but they are still concerning and I'm afraid that doing MDMA again will make these symptoms worse, in which case it wouldn't be worth it to do it again.
TL;DR Can past frequent abuse of MDMA make it so that cracking one's back will make the person high for a short period of time? Does one time MDMA usage cause damage to the brain? Does MDMA bring about latent mental disorders?
Thank you
