MDMA powder?

I got some MDMA powder yesterday, from a guy who sells in my university. Ive bought weed from him before, but never mdma. Anyways its brownish in color with two different shades of brown, and it kind of has a sweet smell. Is this what mdma powder looks like. Im asking because its the first time ive gotten powder, and it looks different from what i once got in a capsule. Im pretty sure its good stuff because the guy knows i buy from him alot and he told me to tell him how i liked it, but im just making sure.
