I'm sure most of you have a certain regimen of supplements you take before / after / during a MDMA roll.
My Recipe for awesomeness goes something like this. (minus the MDMA dosage)

Leading up:
1500 mg Vitamin C
400 mg Magnesium

During:
(Cut every dosage with 125 mg Piracetam)
1500 mg XR Vit C
As much water as I can stomach

After:
1500 mg Vitamin C
400 mg Magnesium
500 mg L-Tryptophan
500 mg L-Tyrosine (As I cut each dose with Vyvanse, I feel my dopamine could use a little boost)
500 mg Piracetam (Been doing some homework on this <-- In my findings it show to be a valuable neuroprotector)

Always looking for more ways to keep it safe. When you roll, what are some steps you take to ensure minimum damage to yourself / your brain?

You're taking ridiculous amounts of vitamin C in one day.. you do know that vitamin C will actually decrease the length of your roll, right? It's called absorbic acid for a reason, it speeds your metabolism and will make you excrete the drug faster. 2 hours after you take your MDMA would be the best time to take it.

I just eat fruits and vegetables, especially oranges. That's all I need

This.
Try to get something nutritious down at the end of your experience instead of going to sleep on an empty stomach. I know sometimes your appetite could be completely absent but your body will subtly thank you for having some nutrients to work with.

Did not know that, but am extremely thankful for you sharing. :D Never really did any research on the effects of Vitamin C on a roll, always just assumed it was a great neuroprotector. But with a quick search it does appear that vitamin C speeds hydroxylation of tryptophan in your brain. Which would make sense why you wouldn't want to take it, as taking 5-HTP pre-roll dims effects greatly. It also seem to slow the effects of amphetamines, which may explain why I feel the need to dose more heavily with Vyvanse.
Definitely gonna cut out the Vitamin C on the before and during from now on.

If you wan't your amphetamine to work better trying eating some tums an hour or two before taking them. Vitamin C will definitely diminish amphetamines effects. Taking will make the amphetamine hit stronger. Of course the same logic could be applied to MDMA. I'd always take some tums ahead of time.
