Anyone that has smoked a cigarette while on mdma has taken a powerful but reversible maoi-a and b inhibitor. Come on people its perfectly safe. Only irreversible inhibitors pose a problem.

Your advice is also utterly reckless. People have experienced rough times on just 5 mg / Adderall and selective mao-b inhibition.

I agree that it's dangerous and would certainly advise against it for all harm reduction purposes.

To answer your question though, yes it certainly does. Several of my friends and I have combined moclobemide with mdma numerous times, back in our more reckless days. It raises the high to a completely different level. If I had known at the time how dangerous it was I may not have enjoyed it so much though

As pointed out, you can't be sure how you or anyone else will react to the combination. Not safe by any means, but if you're set on trying it then start low and titrate up slowly

What do you mean by this statement? Avoid MDMA on an MAOI? Or just avoid MDMA generally.

MDMA in general, its really unpredictable in its toxicity in vivo and if it does go toxic on you it causes just ridiculous axon damage. MAO-A inhibitors are a different topic all together though seeing as if you're on one its probably to stop you from killing yourself :/

The MAO-B inhibitor approach is fairly well supported as well, but its fairly risky unless you know exactly what you're doing.
