This report is long but totally worth it, believe me. This last weekend turned out to be one I will remember for a long time to come. It all started on Friday when myself, 2 other guys, and 2 females were going to a rave downtown. It was our first rave for all of us, except one of the girls who was an experienced raver. Once we got there we checked out the place. It was a big old house/church, filled with lights, and the music was great. There were DJs upstairs and downstairs, and a big smoking area out back with eerie red lights. We bought some E pills for all of us, except the girl who is a big raver. She has stopped taking it because she has done it so many times, the rest of us have done it under 10 times. As our rolls were kicking in, the place started getting packed with some of the most insane people I have ever met. Everyone seemed to be rolling. There were maybe 100 in all, all dancing, freaking out, and having a blast. The raver girl who brought us there grabbed some glowsticks and gave us a lightshow that was one of the most amazing things i have ever seen. The image of her getting down low with those glowstickes and twirling and freaking out has been permanently burned into my brain. it was beautiful. ...Maybe it was just just the E. Then the asian girl i came with gave me a massage which was awesome.
I saw the huge amount of drugs going around and took it as an opportunity to ask around for some acid. I had never done acid and have tried to find it for years, but here, I found some by the 3rd person i asked. He knew I had been looking, so as he strolled by he yelled "7 bucks a hit" and scampered off. I followed him and bought 7 small, white, paper hits. The excitement of knowing i finally owned some LSD combined with the E in my system and the great people and the great mood was almost too much to handle. I was in a state of bliss. But i knew it was too late to eat the acid tonight, and plus i was rolling, so i knew i should wait till tomorrow. At about four in the morning, the five us us went back to my house, and me and the two girls got in my bed and one got pretty much naked which was awesome. At around 7 in the morning the two girls left, and me and my 2 buddies smoked some weed and passed out on the couches. We slept only a couple hours, and at about noon i woke up and one of them had gone home.
The dude who was left, J, has been my best friend since we were 12 or 13, and i always promised we would drop acid together. So with the house to ourselves, we each dropped a hit and cleaned things up a little. Then the asian girl I mentioned came to pick us up. It was prom night, but lots of my friends werent going, so she was letting us hang at her house untill she and some other prom goers got back. On the drive over, I noticed a tense feeling in my nerves, and the grass seemed much greener, the sky more blue. Once there, we were impressed by all the cambodian furniture and ornaments around her house. We were starting to laugh our asses off at wierd stuff and getting really confused. We each dropped another hit and sat back to feel more effects. All the girls were stressing about their dresses and getting ready and talking about their dates, while me and the other dudes played super nintendo and laughed our asses off, even though only me and my friend were on acid, the other 3 dudes were just drinking and smoking weed. After a while the prom people left and it was just us guys hanging out, smoking cigs, sitting around. This is when things got wierd. Me and J started having really intense swirling/breathing visuals and were laughing way too much. The other guys who were just drunk and stoned knew nothing about acid so they didnt get why we were acting so crazy. At one point J and i started goofing around and punching each other, and he had these traces that made it look like a thousand hands hitting me at once. We both realized how hard we were hitting each other and how intense fightiong on acid was, even though we were just messing around. The furniture was great to space off and stare at, watching it move and swirl. We smoked some weed and that brought out the tripping way more.
After a while me and my friend got a ride back to my house, and we spent the rest of the night talking and had multiple epiphanies about the meaning of life and then kept forgetting them 10 minutes later. We kept having the most profound thoughts and when we looked at each other we would realize that we were both thinking the same thing and we didn't even have to say it. We had alot of really deep insights and i felt i had a really profound and deep knowledge and understanding of life and people. I don't think anyone could really understand this until they have done acid or high doses of shrooms. Soon, we realized we had been tripping for close to 10 hours and were exhausted. I could barely move. We listened to some great music and and tried to sleep. It was really hard to fall asleep, and i had some insane lights and images flashing through my head. The next day i felt energized and really happy, even though i had to go work. I did realize that the environment for tripping at the girls house was a little shitty, so next time it will be just me and J going hiking or a concert or something with our other 3 hits. Over all this was an amazing weekend, and i'll remember it for years to come. Now i just need to get more acid!
