Pimozide blocks the following postsynaptic receptors according to Bezchlinyk-Butler and Jeffries:
Extremely strong: D2
Strong: D3, α1-adrenergic, 5-HT2A
Moderate: D1, D4, α2-adrenergic
Weak: mACh, H1
Extremely weak: 5-HT1A
Pimozide also inhibits moderately the dopamine transporter (DAT), accounting for the stimulant properties of the drug. The inhibition of dopamine-reuptake may also explain the synergistic effects of pimozide in the treatment of ADHD when given together with a stimulant.

I am currently taking pimozide, strattera and cogentin.
I want to roll face (take MDMA).
I'd imagine the serotonin antagonism of pimozide would ruin or at least diminish the effects of MDMA.
The strattera is not a problem because it has faster clearance and is a med that I wont go crazy without.
I have no clue how cogentin would interact but I'd imagine it wouldn't.
I need to take the pimozide and cogentin though because I will get delusions and paranoia without it. It also takes 5 days to eliminate itself from my system and I couldn't go without it.

If anyone can help me figure how taking pimozide and cogentin will effect my roll, please help.

The cogentin isn't a problem.

The 5-HT1A antagonism will likely weaken the effects of MDMA - but it's marked as "extremely weak"... I'm not sure how to call it on the dopamine-related effects - if its synergistic with stimulants, one would expect that it would similarly be synergistic with the DA/NE effects of MDMA - yet it seems strange that it would be considering that it's an antagonist at most of the dopamine receptors(it's the D2 antagonism that makes it keep you from going crazy, by the way)...

I'm also not sure it's a great idea to be trying to roll if you need to take such a powerful antipsychotic to remain sane...

If its ok to take with stimulants i dont see mdma being a problem... physiologically...

This would more likely be an issue imo... im not a doctor but i play one sometimes...

Stimulants would really only work on dopamine, with a serotonin releaser there's the chance of Serotonin Syndrome

And this chemical seems to block a few 5-HT (serotonin) receptor sites...

I agree though that if you're on strong ass medications like this, you should probably not be rolling...
