MDMA harm reductions?

what are some general rules for harm reduction? i want to learn them now while im still new to Molly so that I dont lose the magic to fast or worse ruin my brain from careless use.

when i say im new to molly i mean i have only done it 3 times full roll and once a 30-60 mg dose. I plan on keeping my rolls to once a month and everytime ,except for the first time, for the next 2-4 days i take 200-300 mg 5HTP over the day.

So how much time should you leave between rolls to minimize damage and what can i do before/during/after to help?

on another note, what are some alternatives to Molly that don't cause a brain fog afterwards for longer then the day after? the next rave im going to the Tuesday after it is the ACT so i dont want to roll to ensure best grades available and make the next roll a much better one.
 
so whenever i take the 5htp i don't notice as bad of a brain fog just a little bit and no depression but does that mean that it is actually reducing damage or just covering it up?
 
Well 5-HTP is the Precursor to serotonin,
lots of which is released when you take mdma.

Taking 5-HTP everyday for too long can actually be harmful. It will over time affect your dopamine system and wreck your concentration and perhaps function.
L-Tryptophan seems a better Long-term choice.
 
i dont take 5htp daily just the days after rolling and if im having a random sad day, i always have 5-10 on me at one time. Would preloading reduce damage or does it only make the roll better?
 
So I've decided that the next rave i go to im going sober or stoned and heavily caffeinated (hey i need some kind of stimulant) because that F'n ACT i keep ranting about(did i mention i'm pissed off that the school system chose my Birthday rave to have the test after ,,l,,). Now will waiting an extra month make the actual roll better or will i just be so excited that im rolling again that it will make it better. Either way I think it would be best if i didn't roll for 2 months and got some R&R

Both.

Have either of those assertions been proven by yet, or are they still just commonly accepted based on anecdotal evidence and assumptions based on the pharmacodynamics?

Well at least for me, 5htp seems to lessen the brain fog so the im wondering if it actually prevents damage to your SERT system.
Also darkside was saying both to my question of preloading
 
Well im mainly going by when i used to take mdma and not have a diet high in L-Tryptophan. My Comedowns would really really suck, i'd really hate it.

But nowadays i just feel lethargic on those days, not very depressed. A big improvement i think.
 
on the topic of the day(s) after, Does hippy flipping add to comedown and make it worse? it seems like it would since Shrooms work on your serotonin system.
 
Tried pre-loading with Alpha-Lipoic Acid before doing md on friday (1200mg twice daily, for two days before that day and 1200mg a couple of hours before dropping). Was tired the next day, probably because I only slept for 2 hours, but the day afterwards and today I feel fine without any usual comedown symptoms I get.

Where can i get some ALA? GNC? i've only been there to buy 5htp and its kinda over priced $20 for 30 or is asking where to get a supplement considered sourcing?
