MDMA + General Anesthesia

I am 17 and I took half a gurner and a small bump last night at around 4:30am. I am scheduled to have an operation (the nuss procedure) on the 22nd of August (this Thursday). I am worried that the MDMA will have an affect on the general anesthesia and could cause something life threatening to happen. The come up wasn't intense at all and the whole thing only lasted a few hours but I feel I should still let my anesthesiologist know on the day at the pre-op examination. Do you think I will be safe to undergo the procedure?

If I was to say something could they take any legal action or will it be confidential?

its always the best idea to be honest with your anesthesiologist when they ask questions (which they do about drug use)... it confidential and its not going to affect anything legally.. remember his/her job is to keep you alive when they put you under.. that's all..
