hOW much dopamine from mdma is used up to be able to get high if that makes sense?
i thought mdma was pretty much all serotonin and not so much dopamine

There’s some info about binding affinity in this link which shows SERT > NE > DA but I don’t think what you are asking is quantifiable at all.

MDMA is much more highly selective for 5HT but it’s an amphetamine and is still going to release a lot of dopamine

Either way there isn’t really an answer, just the proportion of dopamine activation compared to serotonin if anything. Why were you asking?

cos i took mdma and was wondering if it woukd effect the meth?

Yes they are both amphetamines and both act on dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine. I wouldn’t use them more than once every 2-3 months

meth is more neurtoxic if you are on mdma while doing it i learnt that the hard way.
