MDMA + Concerta? I have a curious question about them

So i have read and confirmed that dropping and being on concerta is a bad idea which is good cause I didnt want to do that anyway, My question is just about how long I should stop taking my meds before rolling, I recently yesterday started back on my meds after about 3-5 months of not using it at all to help concentrate on studying before my test on this wednesday. I will be attending an event this saturday and my idea was to stop taking my meds after tomorrow or wednesday the day of my test which will give me 3 or 4 days of being off it. The dosage of my meds is only 18mg and I know concerta does increase your tolerance to substances so im curious if 3 or 4 days will be okay for me not to have such a high tolerance when I roll cause honestly i def want to have a blast since its my bday xD. Hope to get an answer by tomorrow or so this website has always been helpful to my curiosity in the past and so glad there is such a website that exist

the half life is 4 hours or 7-12 hours for ER. few days should be good but a week would be better.
