Hello, i have only ever took MDMA 4 times, first time was new years eve this year, i have gone back normal and felt fine after each time apart from the las time i took it which was 9 days ago.

the day after i took it i felt a little groggy but not too bad, but since then i have been getting discomfort in my back and in my chest in both sides but mainly around my heart, its not painful just uncomfortable and i also get dizzy sometimes too but that has wore off each day. I have read a lot online and i am not getting any fluttering around my heart or any abnormal heart beats everything feels fine and i feel alright too.

I also go to the gym since then i have some weights, running and rowing and felt normal after it.

Maybe me worrying about it getting anxious is making the pain worse as i know anxiety can cause these pains.

Can anyone else relate or re assure me? I also would of saw my doctor immediately but cant get an appointment till friday.... typcial!

First question is.. did you test the product? I have different symptoms except for the dizziness.. How much did you take? I am still recovering from a binge last Dec and getting better.. It is good to go to the doctor to get a general check up and test to eliminate other worries.. Since you are active (weights, running and rowing) I am pretty sure you will recover quickly and if you have not been an avid user this should pass.

agree with the testing as doing what many have done (including myself) and just popping whatever you can get your hands on is more dangerous and often leads to worse long term consequences as well. also, I went through the same thing after a year of abusing mdma and plenty other substances. chest pains, dizziness, panic attacks for no reason every 5 minutes throughout the day, and just a hazy, cynical view of the world in general. anxiety, depression, depersonalization, etc all do that. my symptoms set in a month after quitting as well. take a break from all drugs as well, at least a few months. if you are planning on doing it again wait until you know for sure you are better, maybe even several months after that. if you don't wait enough time between rolls during the recovery period, it will just make it worse.

could also be serotonin or vitamin d deficiency. I found out today as a matter of fact during a random blood test to check my health that I was low on vitamin d after my experience that hit rock bottom for me. will find out tomorrow if those levels are back to normal!

be out in the sun, exercise, have a proper diet full of vegetables and fruits, and take your daily vitamins and nutrients. for me (I abused much longer, in larger quantities, and in much amounts of substances and combinations than you did) it took the last 6 months to feel basically normal again.

youll be fine. just hang in there.
