i find if you don't take the experience too seriously and don't rely on it for happiness, you won't feel too awful when you come down
It really depends on the quality of the pills. Adulterated pills will leave you feeling crappy but cleaner pills will have you feeling pretty good. If you get something like piperazine or a meth bomb you'll be in for a pretty bad time. So get a test kit to check the contents of your pills.
It also depends on how well you take care of yourself before, during and after the roll, and of course your mindset going into it.
For after your roll you should consider getting some 5-HTP which is available at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe and most drug stores.
But I get mine at costco because you get more for less money.
Stop debating and just do it. You get a far worse one from alcohol. Just ignore the low mood. It passes after a day. And its so worth the fun and games the night before. Dont blow it up into something more than it is, just enjoy the night and dont do too much first few times

It bothers me when people say there's "no comedown from pure MDMA". There sure as shit is, and while it might not be as bad as an MDMA + methbomb comedown, it's still there, and it still sucks.
The very first time I did E, I felt barely any hangover at all. Just a bit tired and "out of it". The more you do it, the worse the hangovers will become.
Comedowns and hangovers are affected mainly by;
*Individual metabolism and reaction
*Quality of product and dose
*Hydration levels
*Mindset and Setting
...and I think most importantly, the experience itself.
On nights where I've rolled and nothing particularly interesting has happened, I tend to wake up a little more grumpy and depressed the next day because I feel like I may have wasted the experience. But when something fun or enlightening happens, I wake up feeling tired and apathetic but otherwise basking in a lovely afterglow. I think people greatly underestimate mindset when it comes to MDMA.
A great way to chase the comedown and hangover blues away is to stay hydrated, and have a bag of weed ready for the moment you wake up the next day. Getting catatonically stoned is a good way to make an unpleasent hangover day become a fogy memory.
i excercise every day, eat an annoyingly strict diet that is very low in fat, high in protein, minimal refined sugars, lots of fruits and vegetables. have lower than normal BP, low cholesterol, and 10% body fat. i also do not party during the week and when i do roll i take lower dosages than most people.
