mdma comedown scare HELP

ok done mdma last sunday still sort of feeling not myself and couldnt sleep last night and had a panic attack through the anxiety of not being able to sleep will i get better soon if i get a couple of good nights rest or should i seek medical advice its the 5 day since i was rolling and this has never happend before a little scared just want to know what im in for and if this has ever happend to anyone else on here where they have had a really harsh comedown and felt spaced out for a week or over

any help would be appreciated thanks alot guys
 
Relax. You're making it worse for yourself by worrying about it.

Eat healthy, get some sleep, exericise if you can.

It'll get better.
 
smoke some pot, take some xanax, what ^ said, even if you cant get some sleep lying down is good because youre resting your body. smile you will go to sleep. if worst comes to worst get some sleeping pills to knock you out :D

Are you sure you had mdma, sounds like you had some ice, crystal meth??? thats what usually happens after big nights with Methamphetamine??
 
^ Depending on how cannabis affects you.. i know it increases my anxiety 100 fold while inducing full blown paranoia :p
 
Welcome to bluelight.

Sorry to hear you're having the dreaded post-use panic attacks. It's a common occurrence (just search "panic attacks" in the search engine on this forum).

If you have access to anti-anxiety meds, it may help you for a while. Many people find weed helps anxiety, some have the opposite affect. It's important to know that regardless, it's only been 4 days right now- your panic attacks will likely get better with time.

If you feel you need medical attention, see a doctor. No one here can safely give you advice beyond personal experiences and speculation.
 
Okay is this the first time you have done mdma?

five days is a little extreme but it took me a week to get over it the first (and second) time that I tried mdma. so, although it shouldn't be that long, it doesn't mean it won't end!

a few things you NEED to do
- take your vitamins!! 5-HTP, multivitamin, and vitamin B
- eat HEALTHY - vegetables, fruits, and protein are a NECESSITY even if you don't feel hungry
- try getting some sleeping pills from the drug store that will help you get a good sleep
- try to do something and focus on something to keep yourself distracted and busy
- getting some exercise is good (even if it's just going for a fifteen minute walk)
 
I've suffered from what I thought was like "temporary serotonin downregulation" sorry im blazed as shit. where basically just rolling daily and snorting so many... anyway I had the anxiety and depression a lil (Although I was in a rough place in my life at the time anyway) but after 2 months of being clean... ketamine really helps too okay 1 month of being clean. Still smoked weed and cigs. Get exercise, eat well. 3 meals a day, same time. Get some routine and make yourself feel worthy. Do fucking yoga

I Don't know how people are so scared of the comedown for?
Like for me what sketches me out every time i roll is like just the flash backs i get from like seeing my self in 2nd person view with my eyes at the back of my head just thinking about my previous roll freaks me out.
 
Try and relax and not think about negative thoughts. Just keep telling yourself that it's just a negative side effect of drug. Try and focus on the on doing something productive like going to the gym. These feeling will pass and you'll feel much better in a few days.
 
ok thanks for the comments everyone its day 5 i feel a little better got to sleep last night and dont feel as anxious but still feel spaced out and feel like ive got alot of muscle tension all around my neck and my head and jaw feels like its being squeezed just hoping that after the weekend i feel less spaced out

The physical symptoms will pass as well. You're jaw is probably just tired after the workout you gave it while rolling.

this too shall pass. I get like this when i used to do coke, even any SMALL amount, and it would take about 2 weeks to pass

xanax/ any benzo will take all the panic attack-ness out of the equation for you.

sounds like you took a pill with something speedy in it, dont worry too much because again, like everything, this too shall pass

good luck to you and dont forget to use PILLREPORTS before eating a pill.
 
oh yeah and take about 200 mg of 5HTP each day after you roll, you wont say "OWWW WHY NO SEROTONIN" anymore after doing so :P
 
Try and do some abdominal breathing while lying flat on your back in bed. Look it up on youtube. Or alternate nostril breathing. Do this for like 7/10 mins and it will help you relax. Sleeping pills won't help in the long term.

Benzos help over a short period of time. and as Waketheeffup states, 200mg of 5-htp should take away a lot of the shitty side effects.

and yeah, dont benzo it up for a long time. I have an Rx to it, and if you take em for a few days and then stop you feel great. I had to do this one time when i felt like an absolute shit head/melted stick of vulnerable butter after an amazing weekend

was just kinda chillin on the benzos carefree and taking 5htp to sleep and recover serotonin, then woke up didnt take benzos and was my usual cheerful, excited, outgoing self.

I'll vouch for the alternate nostril breathing :)

I'm serious about shoulderstand, check out what stimulation of the thyroid gland does and stuffs.
