mdma before blood test

I searched all over but can only find thing pertaining to drug tests. This is not a drug test.

I will be getting blood drawn by the doctors for a routine physical. Will mdma the night before throw anything off?

I once had a blood test (not a drug test) for a routine physical the day after candyflipping. My results came back and my doctor said I was in great health

Unless the doctor is testing for drugs, he wont find anything.
