MDMA and Prescribed Medication

Hi could not find any answers to this question. I'm planing to take mdma this weekend, however I am currently prescribed a lot of medication for Fibromyalgia and PTSD.
I have had experience with MDMA before but not whilst taking any medication. I'm looking to do this as safely as possible so I am cautious about possible negative interactions.
My current daily medication is as follows:


Mirtazapine 45mg
Dihydrocodeine 240mg
Omeprazole 20mg
Diazapam 15mg


I'm most worried about the Omeprazole and the Dihydrocodeine. I've stopped the Omeprazole a week beforehand but cannot stop the DHC due to opiate withdrawal setting in.
Could anyone give me any advice from previous experiences, as I have used the searched function but could not find my question answered.

Well the omeprazole, having a half-life of 1-1.5h, should have left your body by now. However omeprazole inhibits CYP2D6 apparently and I honestly don't know if that effect leaves together with the drug (anyone that knows this?). If not, that might me dangerous since CYP2D6 inhibition can make the MDMA hit much harder than usual. On the other hand the mirtazapine will likely lessen the effects a bit, how much I don't know, that's dose dependent. Is 45mg a high dose? The codeine shouldn't be a real issue, though it might make you drowsy since MDMA can be sedating as well. And the diazepam will just lessen the effects a bit more

All in all that is a cocktail of medication that I would not risk throwing MDMA into. If the inhibiting effects of the omeprazole have left, that still leaves you with the dampening effects of the other drugs that will lessen the experience. If not there's really no telling for sure what might happen

Thanks for the info. 45mg is the highest dose of Mirtazapine my GP could prescibe. As far as the Omeprazole is concerned I may just dose small, see how I react and work my dosage of MDMA up.
