Swim was wondering if there was any major drug interactions between neurontin(gabapentin) and mdma. Swim takes neurontin daily for back pain and swim is planning on rolling. Swim has found minimal info on interactions between the two except for one thread in which a few persons mentioned hallucinations as a potential side effect which is an obviously undesirable effect (however the person in the thread described taking about 1800 mgs of neurontin which is considerably higher than swims dose).Swim is planning on taking on taking 400- 500 mgs of mdma through out the night (200 mgs to start) in addition to the 600 mgs of neurontin swim takes daily. If any one has any insight into what to expect that would be much appreciated.

no idea regarding the interaction with your meds but unless you are experienced with mdma, or have really low quality stuff, 200mg will most likely be a bit too much (you'll probably not know whats going on, but be rushing and euphoric as fuck)

According to wikipedia the analgesic action of gabapentin is not understood.
Impossible to answer your question without empirical input, but my guess is that there is probably little interaction with mdma.

i'm going to go out on a limb and say that i don't think it's anymore dangerous than injesting chemicals that you don't know the purity or exact composition of (assuming you're not a chemest and made or tested your batch). i don't mean that in a condescending way at all, god knows i've shot a lot of god knows what directly into my veins, so no judgement here, but with that said, could you skip your pain meds that day? actually, they might help w/the come down, and if you already have back pain, the roll might irritate it - E always left me achey all over, and especially in my back, and it might help you get some sleep too. i'm pretty sure that neurontin is considered a fairly "safe" medication as far as interactions go - if there is such a thing.
but i know there r a lot of more knowledgeable BLs on the subject of brain chemistry than myself.

i wouldnt mix MDMA with ANY prescrition drugs your on. neurontin is kind of a weird one. i most definitly wouldnt take the MDMA for at least 48 hours after the neurontin. all these people wanting to mix weird ass prescription drugs with MDMA. its just not worth risking your health and your roll. it might not harm you very much but i think there a good chance it COULD fuck up your roll. just wait like 48 hours bro, its not that long to wait for an epic time.
