One roll I spent the entire time meditating, doing a few different techniques.
I found physically, it was much easier to sit for a longer period of time in regards to the pain of sitting in one pose, though at the peak its hard not to react to the overwhelming surge of ecstasy. I found Mirror Meditation to be particularly therapeutic, this is where you sit in front of a mirror and just stare at yourself. It can normally be quite difficult because lots of "negative" self-beliefs come up, but while rolling its like one "negative" thought comes, then was swamped by like 30 "positive" ones.
I also found while just sitting, that I it was an excellent opportunity to try to do some healing, as I felt safe and joyous, so basically what I would do is just sit and when I had any feelings of weakness I would take the opposite perspective of it. For example, I realized how my "laziness" was incentive in me becoming an passionate intellectual.
I am excited for the next time, to try to "just sit" and not react, especially to the overwhelming peak. Good luck with the experiments
