MDMA and long acting benzos/

I'm prescribed Flurazepam (Dalmane) I took 45mg last night, if I tried to roll tonight, would the long half life dull my roll?

Should be fine. If it was last night you took the flurazepam, I don't think there's much chance of an interaction.
