17 times in just over two years. Probably average about 2 pills per time. I notice my afterglow inst as awesome and I feel kinda shitty for a day or so starting 4 or 5 days after use but I can honestly say im in the best mental health of my life overall.

I abused it hard, 3-8 med-high MDMA pills every 1-4 weeks for a year. Usage then dropped to about once every 3-5 weeks, 500mg crystals+ at a time, sometimes closer to a gram. Went on a weeklong binge holiday couple of summers ago and did about 5 a day, then 15 the Friday when I got back :| Had visual and auditory hallucinations for a couple of weeks after that, one episode of sleep paralysis, but surprisingly no depression. I also drank a lot during these years and smoked loads of weed. Slip in some GBL abuse, and a little ketamine and piperazine use in there somewhere as well. My life style (apart fromt he drugs) was healthy, I eat well and work out.

Have only had a single MDMA bomb in the last year (mainly due to the total lack of MDMA at the moment) and have only ever had a handful of comedowns. My 1st real comedown after two weekends of double figure abuse was fucking horrific however, infact I think that is how I foudn this site originally.

No long lasting effects what so ever, in fact I am feeling very positive at the moment. Guess I am one of the lucky ones :\

However don't let people tell you that ecstasy is not addictive, I definitely was. It can and does have some terrible negatives... I have read many posts on here, and seen 1st hand experience of long lasting negatives from moderate use.

No negative effects, here's my use copied from the other thread:
I abused MDMA quite heavily (first 2 weeks was taking it allmost daily) after that i slowed down to 6 pills every friday and every saterday, after a few months i slowed down to once a week.
After 8 months i stopped using for 2 months and half, after that i started using again weekly for 4 months.

I never noticed any bad side effects except the comedown, my social anxiety has premanently improved and my mood is better then ever.

Note that I dit ONLY take XTC tough, i didnt smoke weed or take any other drug. I did take piracetam for 2 months or something wich may be neuroprotective.

I rolled 3 times in my life on molly, all within a 3month period. I feel like since the last time I rolled I have not been the same. I have this looming depression that won't go away, I'm going to the doctor and have been diagnosed with severe depression. I feel like I'm on a permanent comedown and it is absolutely awful. I just get really depressed about absolutely nothing.....all the effing time. I get anxiety/depression "attacks" and the only thing that has been helping me feel normal is valium. I'm about to start on lamotrigine which is an extremely powerful anti-depressant, usually prescribed to people that had no result from the common SSRI's like Paxil and Zoloft.

I don't know if this is infact a lasting effect of the MDMA, but like I said, I have not felt the same since my last roll. It was an amazing roll, felt incredible all night until one point where I had some wierd trip-out and my friends suddenly looked like strangers.

I think that was the last time I may ever touch the stuff again, just to be safe. I have no idea what damage I may have done.

Used 3 or 4 times over a 4-5 month span a few years back, pills all quality gear...

The only lasting effect that I believe was triggered by MDMA use was that I now get horrific panic attacks after smoking some green. I got the first one a few days after I tried MDMA for the first time, and it's 100% guaranteed to happen now when I smoke(a relatively high dose of benzos...think 4mg xanax, 30mg Vals, etc..in my system an hour or so before I smoke...I actually find Lorezepam the best for panic attacks/euphoria when combined with weed or without it, really makes me sociable and talkative, whereas the other benzos(every one that I've tried) simply puts me to sleep, literally...kind of odd I guess).

I understand a ton of (former) THC users and abusers also get panic attacks, so it may not be completely attributed to my MDMA use, but I certainly think there is some correlation.

I've taken it 3 times in my life, all within a 3 month period. I've had memory/concentration problems and depression.

I'm fairly certain the negative effects occurred as early as the first time I ever took it.

Basically, I get distracted very easily, and I get irritable and frustrated when I do anything cognitively demanding.

Used pretty responsibly. 25ish pills in 1 1/2 year+ range (all clean pills 1 pipe and 1 meth/mdma). Still use weed heavily but before it cured everything like anxiety depression or anything. Now it can cause pretty awful anxiety depending on bud. I notice many of the negatives within the range of 1 or 2 weeks of rolling but they usually subside and go away for the most part. But the anxiety is lingering and this is a form of anxiety I DID NOT have before rolling. I am also more irritable now. All I have to say is if you want a new form of anxiety and want your beautiful weed high ruined keep popping those pills it will do that for you in NO TIME. not joking

Hard Abuse for this guy. Long term side effects? None yet. Short term for sure but very short. I've had a few sleep paralysis attacks. I get the impression that most everyone who has posted here started young, I started at 30. By that time everything that was wrong with me was already showing. I have always stuttered, my short term memory was always terrible (secondary school records will show that well), depressions always been there. No weed no other drugs.
