Hello all,

My question is the last 3-4 times I have used MDMA, pure tested, only crystals which I bomb always. I obviously have a great fun night, and have some jaw clenching, but not extreme. I don't think that is a factor anyways, but I have been waking up feeling fine, nice afterglow and everything, but after about an hour of waking up I get a really fuzzy sound in my ears, and I have a hard time hearing for the day after? I was just curious if anyone else has had these issues, and what it is that might cause this? I have no problems when I'm on the drug, just the day after.

I usually take 125mg's first bomb, then re-dose with about 75mg's an hour and a half later. Found this is my sweet spot..:) I always space my 'rolls' out at least 2 months apart, usually 3-4. But I have done mdma for probably 14 yrs, and have taken 30-40 rolls my entire life, but this has only started happening the last 3-4 times.

So any experiences, or explanation to this would be great! And maybe anything to help combat this would be appreciated. Thanks All!

Its usually the soundsystem at the rave but not always.

When your at the rave stay away from the mid / high transducers.

The bass is okay but its the mid high frequencies that will make your ears ring (they also do the most damage as mid high frequency is directional and the mid highs are usually closer and directed directly at your ears.

Do you get the ringing if you take MDMA not at Raves / High SPL environments?

No, actually last 3-4 times have been at home, with the wife, and low chilling music, no big system or bass. Definitely NOT the reason, I was being sarcastic when I said I never thought of that.

Maybe I should've posted in ADD?

MDMA interferes with perception on may levels ie many of the sensors including sight, touch and hearing.

Kind of like how the daylight whilst on MDMA seems ultra bright or when you touch it feels ultra sensitive.

Ruling out any type of damage as you havent been near high SPL then I would say the symptoms you are getting are to do with some kind of interference between the sensor (ie ear) and how the brain in interpreting the signal being sent from the ear.

To try and clear this up I would recommend a product called Neurozan which will help you restore your brain back to pre MDMA condition. It contains 5HTP + a host of other good things for the brain.

Maybe I should've posted in ADD?

You can try and see how you get on :)

I would be interested to hear a more in depth answer to your question.

Thanks Futura: I've never heard of that product before. Where would I get it at? Health store's? Vitamin shop's?
And I appreciate your answer, maybe I'll try and post in ADD. I've read ALOT of your posts and you seem like you know your stuff, I appreciate the explanation and that does make sense to me.

Maybe someone over there knows the actual chemical change process that causes this to occur, or maybe just some people are more prone to this happening? I'll post in a couple hours and see what they say....
