I am planning on taking pure mdma this friday with my friend-both inexperienced. I have smoked weed regularly for about 2 years and occasionally have horrible panic attacks after smoking more than I can handle (extremely lightweight)
I am currently not on any medication but I deal with a lot of anxiety/depression issues along with borderline personality disorder. I am worried that I might have a bad reaction or a bad trip (can you get bad trips from molly??) Anyway, kinda scared. Also my friend is bipolar (also not taking any meds) but has similar issues with anxiety/panic. Will this be a problem? Weed induced panic attacks are seriously terrifying and she doesn't want something like that to happen this friday :(
Anywayyy, any advice for first time users?
And will my issues with anxiety and depression affect my experience?

You probably won't suffer a panic attack while you're on MDMA, but taking it could possibly intensify your anxiety and depression a day or two later.

EDIT: Yeah, if you do decide to take it, be extra careful. Don't take too much, wait plenty of time before trying it again, and reagent test.

^ what he said.

Also, take a low dose, around a .1, that is all you will need. Make sure your stuff is real too by regeant test or however you can confirm its not some sketchy rc

If you already suffer from anxiety / depression plus borderline personality disorder I would skip the MDMA idea if you can.

I went out with a girl who had borderline personality disorder and MDMA made her during the week almost psychotic and unbearable.

It certainly wont help your depression or anxiety in the long term either.

I disagree with the above post. I dont think mdma will react bad with anxiety or depression but it can differ from person to person. The mdma experience is wonderful and powerful and under the right circumstances can be very beneficial. Take this from a long time previous mdma user. If you keep your doses low(100-200mg), dont drop often (every 3-4 months is safe), and replenish your body after you roll(eat, sleep, ect) I cant see you having too many, if any at all, side effects.

I say NO. You get extremely depressed after taking it cause your on such a high! But perhaps the first time you take it in small amounts you won't feel the depression it bring on. Most of the time you either just want more to stay nice or you start feeling weird and get into your head too much.

If you guys have mental health issues I would NOT choose this drug to try!!

So your saying you dont think MDMA can cause anxiety or depression?

Plus you havent addressed the borderline personality disorder do you think a serotonin releasing drug is a good plan with this type of disorder?
