MDMA and cocaine

Wait, why would cocaine kill the roll? Doesn't cocaine act on dopamine receptors rather than serotonin receptors?
 
Last time I dropped beans, I blew a few lines while waiting to come up. The come up never happened. I didn't care about anybody or anything other than doing some more coke. I thought my pills were bunk. Thanks for the explanation.
 
Many of cocaine's psychopharmacological actions are mediated by its inhibition of dopamine reuptake, but it also binds to the serotonin transporter.
 
^ a guy named 5-HT2 sounds qualified to speak on that :)

Definitely serotonin is involved w/coke, and this aspect of it's neuropharmacology is often overlooked.

My fiance used to do that and when hewould come down, he would turn very mean to his best friend. He would mubble rude things under his breath and get really really paranoid.
 
Man coke is to damn expensive anyways, and the high last you like what 20-30min before you need another line. Just wasn't worth it for me. I'd rather pop 2 pills for cheaper and be in another world for 3-4 hours.
 
I watched a guy use heaps of top quality coke, for over a 24 hour period, he was offered a pill of good quality - it had no effect. So in that particular case it was a waste of a pill. We all have different metabolism rates so it is going to be a very subjective outcome for each individual. I guess the only real way of knowing for oneself is to try small amounts of coke while on the Medicine Demon Medicine Angel.
 
I like to start the night off with coke, and end it with E.
There's never been a problem there but I wait until I'm down from the coke first.
