I was prescribed today(april 10) to take Clindamycin 300mg three times a day for 10 days (until april 20). I am going to coachella on friday april 17 and i plan on taking MDMA friday, saturday, and sunday. I know I'm not supposed to stop taking the antibiotics or skip dosages so i was wondering if it is ok to mix this antibiotic and MDMA?? I know some antibiotics inhibit the enzyme that breaks down MDMA but i am unsure about the effects of Clindamycin.

clindamycin is metabolised by cyp2d6, while mdma metabolism mainly goes through cyp3a4 (which is also inhibited quite a bit by mdma), so i wouldn't expect any interactions here.
but the more important thing here is that you have a bacterial infection that makes taking an antibiotic necessary. if you're not in perfectly good health you shouldn't take mdma, especially since mdma also inhibits the function of the immune system.
