I come from another post, i must to say anxiety, and depression its almost solved, but...like a bad withdrwal, i get bruxism (im pretty sure...) like i put my teeth strong together all the night, and i wake up with jaw pain and so on. I must say...did somebody who survives induced anxiety suffer the same? who did you solve this? the main problem is that you can break you jaw doing this, or get another facil problems, like tmj or neuralgia.

Thanks everybody for the post

PD: i was 9 months recoverin...i feel recover today , the first 7 months was death...so if somebody come here to ask about recovery HAPPENS, atleast in the mood way. i still feel little little brainzaps...but everyday less, and no more arms and legs numb, i sleep very very well...everything is almost perfect except my jaw...

cheers

Glad to hear things have improved for you and I wish you the very best of luck in your full recovery.

I haven't experienced any negative side-effects from MDMA use yet, however, I often find myself unconsciously clenching my jaw when I concentrate on something. It's sort of like when people concentrate and stick their tongues out, I clench my teeth instead.

I sort of think it has something to do with the brain attaching bruxism to the awesome feelings you get on MDMA and sort of unconsciously causing them when you're sober.

Once again, happy to hear you're improving - I don't think I could handle the anxiety some of you guys experience so big respect. I'm definitely playing it safe on the MDMA front.

with bruxism...i mean chronic bruxism...jaw and neck pain, tmj problems....that stuff...actually is destroying me and drives me so hipochrondiac, i bit too strong :S

I don't know how long you abused MDMA but I abused MDMA almost every weekend for 2 years (other drugs too but mostly MDMA) and it took more than a year before I would say I felt fully recovered. I had trouble sleeping, confusion, emotional deadness and they lasted a long long time after stopping all drug use. If you abused to this point, you are in for a long recovery.

6 months, every 3 weeks, 200mg mdma powder, last time my nightmare began :)

you just need a break...stop using all drugs for a good long while. you need at least 3 months but I would recommend waiting until you feel back to normal. if you have only been using 200mg of MDMA each night and you waited 3 weeks between I doubt you will have a legnthy recovery. but it can take months and even years before some people get back to normal.
but you have not been going too hard for too long...I would bet you make a speedy recovery if you abstain from drugs and live healthy for a while.

I agree with you. I have been where you are only at one point I was using it 4 x;s a week, 3 x's 2x's for weeks on end. In about one year I did 30 pills (ignorance on my part I didnt know better and neither do most at 19-20, I was 19 and 20 years when went though this) and it took me a while to recover

lay off less is better, trust us experienced peoples wisdom

anxiety improved....bruxism not :S not...the question is, is somebody here sufferin bruxism in the night from a long term comedown?

Omg yes at night i get bruxism. What happens is i ll wake up and my jaw will slide on my teeth wierd feeling. However i dont get pain from biting to hard. I just wake up and my teeth grind

it is from your MDMA intake? mine i got it from i suddenly comedown post mdma intake (cause effect absolutely) still fighting it. i did clench.

yes, at night. I dont know how it works, and i dont know if im the only one with this side effect. the thing is not a light one, i clench so hard that my ear joint and nerves suffer from it. any help is welcome.

yes , everyday like 2g of mag citrate, i dont know if helps or not, but i have still pain. somebody talk me that this will ease with the time...but, well..still waiting xD

I know this may sound silly, but has anyone ever thought to buy a mouth guard for while they sleep lol....
My girlfriend grinds her teeth all the time at night, she doesn't ever seem to notice that it's happening, but I always wake up in the middle of the night and hear her teeth just ripping each other apart lol...
I don't think its specifically from mdma, but where's there's a problem, there's almost always a solution.
I dont grind while rolling, but I always clench, and because i am always aware that this is gonna happen when i roll, i try to subconsciously remember not to clench throughout the night, and sometimes stick my tongue out just a bit, so that if my teeth bit down, ill feel some pressure and it will remind me to not clench....
I think this is a great way to help alleviate this problem, just don't
do it when your trying to fall asleep lol, otherwise you might bite your tongue off during your sleep

I also notice that if I drink alcohol, I get dehydrated a lot faster in my muscles. A lot of times, all's is takes is a couple beers with my mdma, and I will begin to feel cramping in the back of my neck, and my lower back/ hamstrings...

Never really got into preloading, but I always make sure I drink lots of OJ for vitamin C, or other fruit drinks, booster juice, or whatever I know is healthy and will nourish my body.

But yea, due to cramping, a lot of times my friends will catch my stretching to help alleviate the achy ness lol...

Not sure if this pertains to bruxism or not, perhaps the cramping stems from overworking those particular muscles involuntarily...

Those areas of my body are generally a little sore anyways, as I have some back issues, and some tight knots in my neck by the spine. So, that could also be the root of the cramping.

i had one :D !! the bad news if i feel the same with it ;/ joint and muscle pain, at least i dont destroy my teeth.
