MDMA after some Tramadol.

So, yesterday I did some Tramadol (just yesterday, don't do it regularly), and tonight I'm planning on using this sweet molly I got left. My question is, will those 250mg of Tramadol I took yesterday affect my roll today? Afaik Tramadol has some serotonergic activity, I'm thinking it may diminish my roll in the way anti-depressants do. Thx!

Tram and MDMA together is not good. they both lower the siezure threashold so taking them together could cause a siezure. I am not sure what the half life of tram is but I would bet it is relatively short and taking mdma 24 hours after tramadol would be OK...just don't take the 2 at the same time
