MDMA after DXM

I took my 20mg citalopram this morning and then had a light trip off of dxm where I got itchy and dizzy and diarrhea and tonight my friends want to do MDMA
Good or bad idea?
What can I do to help my body stay safe?

It worked fine and I ended up taking MDA
But I was worried about the reaction of DXM or serotonin syndrome

MDA is less serotonergic than MDMA. Had it been MDMA you wouldn't have had really any effect at all.

You obviously weren't too concerned about serotonin syndrome since you did it anyway. DXM is one of the most dangerous drugs you can mix with serotonin releasers for future reference.
