MDMA after codeine

I took some codeine this morning about 350mg and 50mg promethazine. That was about 12 hours ago and had the same dose about 4 hours ago again.

How dangerous would it be for me to consume some MDMA now?

By the way I have searched this already but everything I've found was related to mixing the two, I'm just wondering about taking the MDMA after not taking both together

There aren't any direct interactions between the two drugs. As a combination its quite a common one and is usually considered "safe"
In your case where your not taking them simultaneously, I see no dangerous interaction. Typically codeine isn't used beforehand however. More of a combo or a remedy for the comedown.
